I have shared a prototype with a colleague to review and they have submitted 10+ comments - problem is, they are all showing on my end in a bunch at the top and not in the location where my colleague actually input them, which makes them next to useless. I have reached out to support but not received an answer and this is holding up my project. Has anyone encountered this before?

Comments not showing in correct location

This sounds like expected behavior based on how comments work on the canvas. When you’re zoomed out, comments that are positioned close to each other will automatically group into clusters, so things don’t get too visually crowded.
When you zoom in, the clusters should break apart and the individual comments will appear in their correct locations on the design. You can also try clicking into a cluster to focus on the comments inside and then hover or select them to view each one more clearly.
