Comments is missing

I’d like to help but was there a specific context to your situation, such as poor Internet connection or permission issues?

There are no issues with the internet or anything technical.

The client discovered that some of the design team commend are missing, so it’s hard to follow up on the issue, sort of impossible.

We’ve checked it out from the app and web version, but no lack.

When did this start, or when did the client realise this was happening? Any chance to go through version history and look at what happened?

I just came across the same issue today. Big file with tons of comments for a quarter review. Everything is gone. No comments are shown, even when we filtered for resolved comments nothing shows up. Went through all our version history too and can’t get any of the comments to show.
