Is is possible to use command-line with arguments in the Desktop app (command prompts)?

And optionally is it possible to create commands to use when using the app?

Just to show an exemple to explain what I have in mind using from a Windows bat file( I know that the name of the Desktop app path is incorrect here):

figamapp.exe -open myFile.fig
