Hi everyone!


I have recently noticed that some of the layers, that have color styles applied to them from the library, are not showing their names in the Inspect panel. Text styles are working ok, it only happens with colors. In the CSS code block the name are shown as comments though.


There are some layers that are showing correctly still (most of them are from inside the components), but the new components I add to the file from the lib suffer from the same problem.


Is there anything I’m missing? Or is it some kind of bug?

Facing the same issue in all our team projects.

I’m also facing this issue. Some displays Style names, but some just displays raw HEX codes. Please fix this problem!

We launched a fix for this last May 2023, so this is likely to be a new issue.


What OS are you using? Is this happening both in browser and using the desktop app? Is this happening in all files or certain files in particular?

It’s happening in both browser and desktop app. I’m using Windows. It’s happening to all files of my project.

From the view shared on the right side, the tabs shown at the top right indicate that you’re not actually in Inspect mode. It looks like view access, which shows the design properties, allows copy of basic code, and export assets.


The Inspect panel is now only available in Dev mode.
