Cloudflare Error 1000 when mapping Figma Site to custom subdomain

I’m trying to map a Figma Site to the subdomain cook.tastemade.com. The DNS records are properly configured, but I get the below Error 1000 when trying to access the site. The custom domain status says “Awaiting certificates” in Figma even though it has been several days.

Hi Tom, Celine from Figma here! Thank you for reaching out to us.
I can see you’ve already been in touch with our support team, thanks for flagging this there as well. From what I can see, our engineering team confirmed that www.cook.tastemade.com isn’t currently set up for your site, and at the moment we don’t support configuring two non-apex domains on a single site. That means cook.tastemade.com and www.cook.tastemade.com  can’t both be added together.

If anything else comes up while you’re setting things up, feel free to reply directly on your case and the team will be happy to help further. I’ll go ahead and close this topic here, thank you!
