If i purchase monthly professional plan in figma, will i will be able to use it’s AI credit to integrate with Claude without having any paid plan of Claude?

Hi, @Tauhid 👋 Welcome to our community! It’s great to have you here. There are actually two separate things here that are easy to mix up.

Yes, your Professional plan's AI credits let you use Claude models inside Figma Make. When you open Figma Make, you can pick from different models. Selecting them spends your Figma AI credits—no Anthropic account or Claude subscription required on your end. (You can read more in our guide to selecting an AI model in Figma Make).

But this isn't an "integration" with Claude. A few things to be aware of:

  • Your Figma AI credits work only inside Figma Make. They don't grant you access to Claude.ai, the Claude desktop app, the Anthropic API, or anything else outside Figma

  • Going the other way—there's no carryover from a paid Claude plan into Figma. Even if you had Claude Pro or Max, it wouldn't reduce your Figma credit usage or unlock anything additional in Figma Make

  • Credit consumption varies by model. Per the docs, Claude Opus 4.7 "uses substantially more credits per task" than other options, so heavier models burn through your monthly allotment faster

If what you're after is a true integration where your Claude subscription powers work against Figma files, that's a different setup—Figma's MCP server connects to clients like Claude Code or the Claude desktop app. That way your Claude plan is doing the work, with Figma as the data source.

Hope that helps get you moving forward! — Jaycee
