Clarification on Recent Invoice and Subscription Status

Hello ,

I need help understanding a recent charge linked to my Professional Team subscription (“asma’s team”).


I cancelled my subscription before the renewal date, yet I still received a new invoice

What is confusing to me is that the billing period on this invoice is the same as the previous month’s cycle, rather than a new upcoming month.

At the moment, my team is also showing as a Free Starter plan, so I do not understand the classification of this charge or what exactly it represents.


Could you please clarify:

  • Why this invoice was issued even after I cancelled the subscription

  • Why the billing period matches the previous cycle instead of a new one

  • What this charge is for, since my team is currently on a Free plan

I would really appreciate a clear explanation of what is happening with my account and billing status since i do not have accses to it.

I'm not able to access billing details from this public space, but I have some context that may help. Since you mentioned downgrading, the charge you're seeing may be a prorated adjustment. This resource explains how that works: Upgrade or downgrade your plan → Downgrade or cancel your plan.
