Change education plan to free plan

Hey @Rafi priyadi, thanks for reaching out!

There isn't a self-serve way to switch a team off the Education plan and back to a free Starter plan, our support team needs to make that change on their end.

I've gone ahead and opened Ticket #2091852 for you, so keep an eye on your inbox for a follow-up email.

For reference, here's more on what changes when you move to a free plan: Upgrade or downgrade your plan.

Hope this helps!
