CAPTCHA during work - are you out of your f... minds?

I’m really sorry for the hassle, I can understand how frustrating it must be to keep running into repeated CAPTCHA prompts.

These checks are typically triggered after hitting our daily export limit. This measure is in place to prevent misuse or bot activity.
 If you're exporting multiple times throughout the day, you will start getting captcha checks after the limit is met. Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a way to disable this feature.

We’ll be sure to share your feedback with our product team as we continue to work on improving the product. 

(I see in the backend that you’ve already been in touch with our support team. If you believe this is happening in error, I recommend continuing that conversation and sharing when you see the CAPTCHA pop up. That will help them look into it more closely on your behalf.)

CAPTCHA? Why? what misuse?

This is so idiotic I just can’t comprehend it!

We have a huge project, a huge team, organization/enterprise accounts and we are bugged with such a moronic solution!

Come on, people! It’s just like I said everywhere - you keep improving things people don’t want, whereas there is a LOT of places to improve basic things. And then you add something like this.

HORRIBLE.

I am under tight deadlines and made to use this captcha EVERY TIME I save something! I am LIVID! What is wrong with you! I have work to do and this is setting me back and annoying the hell out of me! Are you kidding me? What did I pay for?! Idiotic… FIX IT! You are costing me time and productivity.

Hi ​@Christine Urbanek  - I just wanted to pop in to acknowledge that having to verify frequently can be extremely frustrating and disruptive. It isn’t our intention to delay your ability to work in Figma, but we always want to make sure your designs/account/etc. is secure and protected. I hope you understand that this is something we take very seriously, and while not ideal for you at this time, is necessary to protect all Figma users

As ​@Celine_ earlier mentioned, it is often triggered by rate limiting when there is concern that bot activity is happening. It is typically associated with your export activity (especially if your workflow includes a lot of exports you do throughout the day). If you believe that this is not the case, please submit a support ticket here.
