I have installed the Desktop App three different times to see if it fixes the issue, no luck. The problem is that I am not able to pick any fonts. There are none showing up when I click on the text. I tried the browser version as well same problem even after installing the font manager for web.
I have exactly the same problem. Is this a restriction with free account ? I can only see 4 default typefaces and it never changes .
I have a free account on windows 10 PC, with both the desktop version downloaded and chrome as browser. Multiple fonts installed locally. Focussing on desktop 1st, as that should be simplest. I have rebooted a couple of times. My understanding is the fonts are just available.
All help appreciated.
i have the exact same problem, i only have four fonts available and cannot figure out how to get the rest?? i have the desktop app and extension
