Can we inject custom code in Figma prototype?

We are using a Figma prototype to users through a product demo on our website.

The prototype opens up in an iframe but there’s additional padding around it which we are not being able to get rid off. Hence wanted to understand if we could inject custom code to the Figma prototype to solve for the padding issue
