My account has passed the educational certification and established a team. So if this team invites other accounts that are not educational certification accounts, can they use the dev mode?

Can the others invited by the education team use the dev mode if they do not undergo educational certification?

If you invite someone to your Education team with "can edit" access so they can use Dev Mode or other products, they’ll need to verify their education status.
