I’m trying to verify my student account via my ID. But it always says verification failed. And the reason they provide is it couldn’t find my last name in my ID card. Now let me clarify. My full name is “Sifatullah”. that’s it. Nothing before and after. And my ID says the name: “Sifatullah”. Now, I tried the following combinations while filling up the Education verification form of Figma:

First name: Sifatullah
Last name : Sifatullah

First name : Sifat
Last name: Ullah


And both of these fail! So what else do I do? 
And now it even shows “Verification limit exceeded”. Please help. I need it for my upcoming project show.
