I’m trying to verify my student account via my ID. But it always says verification failed. And the reason they provide is it couldn’t find my last name in my ID card. Now let me clarify. My full name is “Sifatullah”. that’s it. Nothing before and after. And my ID says the name: “[redacted by moderator to remove personal information]”. Now, I tried the following combinations while filling up the Education verification form of Figma:[redacted by moderator to remove personal information]
And both of these fail! So what else do I do?
And now it even shows “Verification limit exceeded”. Please help. I need it for my upcoming project show.

Your account has been reset, and you can now go through the application process again. When you reapply, here’s what to do:
- In the Last Name field, enter: No Last Name
- Complete the rest of the application as usual.
With this adjustment, SheerID will be able to review your application correctly.
