Can't Verify my Student Account

I’m trying to verify my student account via my ID. But it always says verification failed. And the reason they provide is it couldn’t find my last name in my ID card. Now let me clarify. My full name is “Sifatullah”. that’s it. Nothing before and after. And my ID says the name: “[redacted by moderator to remove personal information]”. Now, I tried the following combinations while filling up the Education verification form of Figma:

And both of these fail! So what else do I do? 
And now it even shows “Verification limit exceeded”. Please help. I need it for my upcoming project show.

Hi ​@Sifatullah — thank you for your patience! I’ve been keeping an eye on this topic and I checked in with the Figma for Education team. I have an important update for you:

Your account has been reset, and you can now go through the application process again. When you reapply, here’s what to do:

  1. In the Last Name field, enter: No Last Name
  2. Complete the rest of the application as usual.

With this adjustment, SheerID will be able to review your application correctly.

Hope this gets you unblocked. Let us know if anything else comes up.
