Can't Verify my Education account

Hi, 

I’m having trouble activating the Figma Education plan. I have tried many time to verify my account and contacted SheerID and don’t have any success. I get the following errors: 

From Figma: 

  • Attempting to verify shows “Verification Limit Exceeded.”

  • I also emailed the Figma education team education@figma.com, but still have not received a response

From SheerID: 

  • “We were unable to process your verification request. While we can't offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts. Your ticket has now been permanently closed.”
