Can't see Figma basic HTTP assets

Question

Hi, we added 3 “Pro” users as a trial for a few months.  One of our users can see local components under Assets for basic html (by Figma) items.  However the other two users (including mine) can’t see them.  And we haven’t found a way to add them.  Is there something wrong with our account setup?  Please help.  Thank you.

Hey @alexandra.brandt - I saw you reached out to our support team via email, and I went ahead and escalated it on their end.

I think that this should be managed via email on that end because there may be some nuances in the library/files you have that factor into this. Thank you for your patience!
