Hey ​@EllaI , welcome to the Figma community! I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting plugins to work. I know that can be confusing when you’re just getting started!

Errors may occur loading a plugin if there is a network or browser configuration that is preventing the plugin from connecting to any resources it needs to load as expected.

Here are a few quick checks that may be helpful:

1. Does the same issue happen if you try connecting to a different network or disabling any VPN/Proxy connections?  To do this,  you can check this article: Check your network settings.
2. Does the same issue happen if you open Figma in another browser?
   • Our supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
   • Please make sure your browser it’s fully up to date. You can review our system requirements here: What are the system requirements for Figma?
   • If the issue is specific to a browser or the app, you may want to try disabling any browser extensions.
      

If the issue persists after trying these steps, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team here, so they can take a closer look.When you do, please include the steps you’ve already tried and attach a console log from your browser’s developer tools ( as shown in Export console logs). This information will help our team investigate more quickly and accurately.
