Can't find "Create Property" and "Ignore auto layout" icon on right panel?

I’m on master component, but after the figma update I can't find "Create Property" and "Ignore auto layout" icon on right panel?

Hi ​@Sallee, thanks for reaching out! 

I completely understand the confusion here. From your screenshot, it looks like you’re in Figma Draw. (Notice how it says Draw in the upper left of your right panel.)
Be sure to toggle back into Figma Design from the bottom toolbar.
