Can I do this scrolling effect on figma?

Question

Hello! I am very new to figma and want to design a website with a scrolling effect like this website: https://waaarhol.com/
Can anyone help?

I would say it’s doable, particularly the color shift part (the rotating text would be tricky). I would look at creating a different frame for each desired color stop and then smart animate between them on scroll.
