I am using figma pofessional plan since more than 1 year. Whenever i contact the team to extend buffer time after finising my exact billing date, they always help me.
And this time, again i have sent email to them to help me to increase buffer time and still waiting for them to response, support ticket : 1773195 . My team will start work after next 3 hours and my plan is locked now, and lets see if they can help me to reactived and extend the buffer time.
I am waiting for support team to response.
