I want to buy a Dev Mode seat for my Organization Plan. Can I give this access to all developers in my company?

@Seafarer - I’m afraid not. Figma charges on a per user per month basis and you might have to procure multiple seats for multiple developers.
They charge $25 just for viewing specs, which is more expensive than a full editing seat
Well that’s a workaround but some error crops up somewhere and someone makes a mistake you will not be able to traceback and might lost some work too.
