Button icon color not preserved when swapping the icon / how to structure naming conventions when managing multiple icon sizes and color variations.

Hey everyone,

I’m struggling with instance swapping for icons. In my icon library, I have 2–3 color variations and 2–3 size variations for the same icon, and it’s a pretty large library.

I’ve already corrected the naming and layers according to best practices and expected the swap to work, but the icon button color still doesn’t stay preserved when I change variations.

Has anyone faced this issue before? Any ideas on how to solve it?

Also, I’d really appreciate if someone could share an example of how to structure naming conventions when managing multiple icon sizes and color variations.
