Hello Community,

I need advice on how to manage time handling with variables currently attached to text styles.

In my design process, I created a single variable for letter spacing and applied it across both header and text styles. However, for another project, I need to treat them separately. The challenge is quickly assigning a new variable to the default text styles (especially for bulk edits) without having to click through each text style one by one.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks in advance.

Second this. I've been trying to plug in variables for font size and line spacing into our existing Figma text styles, but it’s such a pain.

Since we base a lot on Tailwind classes, customizing each one manually is super tedious.

We’ve got 9 weights × 13 sizes × 6 tracking options — that’s 702 text styles to update… pretty brutal.
