Bug in edit mode

I can’t move multiply dots using right the panel in edit mode. When i try to do this the whole vector moves . But i still can move single dots.

In the latest versions this was possible, I will be glad if you fix it.

P.s. i would like to attach video, but i am a new user, so i don’t have access to uploads files
