Bug Cannot See Image in Figma

I can't see image in this file with editing in my broser chrome laptop but in my web browser smartphone i can see picture with edit

Guys, help me for this problem. Thank you

I understand that some images in your Figma design file are not showing up when you use your Chromebook, while they display correctly on your phone.

To cover the basics, could you confirm a few things?

  • Are you logged into the same Figma account on both your mobile device and Chromebook, and viewing the same file?

  • Could you try connecting your Chromebook to a different network, like your mobile hotspot, to see if the issue persists?

  • How are you accessing Figma on your Chromebook? Are you using Chrome browser or the Chromebook version of Figma? And what happens if you try opening the same file in a different browser?

Once you confirm these details, if you're open to it, I'll create a support ticket to investigate this further if needed.
