That "Dev seat adjustment" fee is a one-time charge, essentially a prorated amount. When you adjust seats, they are added to your next bill, and the charge is prorated based on the day you made the adjustment.

Hey Cosmin, sorry for any confusion here. I am working closely with Junko, happy to help! I see in the backend that our support team was able to assist you and correct the seat. If you have any further questions, please let us know.
For anyone else wondering the same question, here’s a quick example to clarify how billing works:
The pro-rated fee is calculated from when you changed the seat from Full to Dev. For example, if you move a user from Full to Dev on January 15, 2025 —you’ll be pro-rated (billed for using) for the Dev seat from that date on January 15, 2025 until March 15, 2025.
In addition to the pro-rata charge from when you change the seat, you’ll be also billed for its next renewal cycle (March 15, 2025 - April 15, 2025) unless, you change the seat to 'View' before March 15, 2025. This way, the Dev seat will not renew and you will not be charged for it going forward.
For others who are unsure whether a seat is available or need help managing seat assignments, feel free to reach out directly to our support team by filling out this form: here. We’re happy to walk you through it!
