Hello,

I’ve been using Figma make for a couple of weeks, and I always saw “Attach a design” button. My colleague can see “Import from Figma” in the same dropdown menu in the chat. How can I also switch to “Import from Figma” instead?

Hi there, thanks for following up! I checked internally and can confirm that we recently updated the “Attach a design” flow in Figma Make. As part of this update, the “Import from Figma” option was replaced with “Attach a design.

The new label reflects that you can now paste Figma frames or drag and drop images directly into Figma Make to attach them. (The core functionality remains the same).

There was a bit of confusion while the update was rolling out, so sorry for any mixed signals there.

Hope this helps clarify!

Hi there, thanks for flagging this.
That does look odd! It looks like you’re seeing an “Attach a design” button instead of the usual “Import from Figma” one your colleague has access to.
I can see that you’ve already reached out to our support team (thank you for doing that!). They’re currently waiting for your reply to investigate this further (case #1561244), so when you have a moment, please check your inbox and follow up with them there. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Hi Celine, thanks for the answer! I appreciate the update. Could you please pass it to the Make team that currently Make itself tells you to use Import from Figma button, it seems not to be aware of the update.

Thanks&

Thanks for letting us know, @Mashkinz ! I’ve passed this along to our engineering team.
Could you please share a quick screenshot of what you’re seeing on your side? That would help us look into it, thank you.
