Hello, when trying to log into my account (which is not the one I’m logged into to create this question) I no longer receive the authentication code via SMS. I have already tried to contact support twice by email and have not received a response. I’ve also tried other ways that exist here on the forum and they didn’t work. I’ve been unable to access my main account for 1 week, which has all the projects I use, due to your error, which is very difficult to resolve as there isn’t even a button to change the sending of the code to my email. There is no simple way to solve it. Even the email asking me to deactivate authentication in my settings, which was not responded to, will undergo analysis. What do you mean I can’t have access to my account and can’t even contact you by email? I need to come here publicly and expose this. unfortunate. Please give me access to my account.
