I support faculty staff and students at our university, so I would like to apply for the education plan as an administrator.  I do not teach, so I do not have a syllabus.  The form is not allowing me to submit the form unless I attach a syllabus.  The form gives you the option to apply as an administrator, but administrators do not a syllabus.  How should I apply?
