I have a product with core components that are used across multiple clients. In each client, the component is "dressed" with the client's colors and fonts. I'd like to keep the core component connected to the library, but when used in the client file, the client's colors and fonts are applied.

I tried to do this using variable modes. I created a library for the client with the color and font variables, but I can't get it to work in the client's Figma component.

Is there a way to make this work? Or another way to apply the client's colors and fonts to the component?
