I’ve paid for a Pro plan, I see my credit card charged me but I still “free” near the file name. Haven’t received an email confirmation

For visibility here, who may encounter a similar issue in the community:
The most common reason we see users unable to access Professional features is that the file they’re working in is not located in the team they upgraded — the team you originally upgraded.
If this is the case you can Move files and projects to the team you upgraded to access those features there.
You can use the team picker dropdown on the left side of the file browser to navigate to the “Templates” team:
