Hi, I’m a student and applying for education plan, and I already got verified and upgrade the plan but they still display me in starter plan not professional plan, I alredy emailed them too, but is not helping

Hey @Anissa_Julianty, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble!
I confirmed that you’ve been verified for an EDU plan, and support recently replied to your ticket #962256. After your Education status is approved, Figma will usually prompt you to choose a team to upgrade to the Education plan, which looks like you have from your screenshot.
Can you please try refreshing your tabs or logging out and back in to see if your account updates to reflect the recent changes?
