All libraries show when duplicating files

When I duplicate a file, every library that is available in our organization is appearing in my assets>libraries panel.

This is happening regardless of these libraries being consumed by the files or not.
Checked the admin settings and no libraries are set to show by default, so it leads me to believe this is a bug.
