Alignment, wrongly named

Я просто не понимаю, почему написано слева а по факту сверху. Это как-то фон повёрнут?

Is that question too stupid or too complicated?..

So when I:

Click left - it stick to top

Click right - sticks to bottom

Left and right - top and bottom

I guess it’s some sort of rotation issue, but I don’t understand how to solve that and why does it work like that in the first place

Okay, so it does seem like a bug.
