I bought the professional license to use AI features, but I can’t see the AI button to help me with designer.

We’ve moved from waitlist to a multi-week rollout. We’re taking this approach so that we can collect your feedback and make adjustments along the way.

This means that UI3 and Figma AI are now rolling out gradually to all users—regardless of waitlist status, plan, or seat type. These closed beta features will be introduced independently over the coming months.

I need to inform that on last Friday morning, in the plan comparison table from Figma’s app, it was shown that AI features were available in the Starter Plan.


I am disappointed with Figma. It looks like false advertising.


I will downgrade, but unfortunately the money I already paid will not be returned.


Hey @Davy_Machado, while I don’t have any explicit power in this case, I did want to express that I hear you.

Could you explain where you had the feeling it looks like a “false advertising”, are you able to share a screenshot? I’d like to pass your feedback internally to the teams.


As mentioned before UI3 and Figma AI are now rolling out gradually to all users—regardless of waitlist status, plan, or seat type. So this should be still available if you’re on the starter plan.

About the “false advertising feeling”, I meant that last week, the table bellow included the AI ​​feature starting with the Professional plan (I know I said Starter in my last comment, my mistake).

Problem with missing AI features persists. Despite having turned them on they do not show up.


I have the org plan and been waiting for AI features to appear even though they are toggled to be on. I have had UI3 for a while now and been on the waiting list for the new features, so would have thought AI would be available to me by now.


We hear your frustration and will share internally. In the meantime, please let me share the FAQ from the help center article again.


I have access to UI3. Why don’t I have access to AI?


UI3 and Figma AI are being introduced independently, so it’s possible to gain access to UI3 before Figma AI.


Can you add me to the Figma AI beta?


Figma AI is rolling out gradually while in beta. If you are on an Organization or Enterprise plan, please speak with your admin or Figma account representative.

I’ve been waiting for the AI features since Nov 18 When I paid for Professional license and Turned on the AI feature in admin panel. Now what I’m supposed to do to get access for AI feature. I’m tired of reading paragraphs that doesn’t help me.

Please guide me!
