Question

AI Features No Longer Available in Figma’s Student Version?

Hi everyone! I use Figma’s student version, and I recently noticed that the AI features have disappeared. Does anyone know if there was an update or restriction affecting this version? These tools are really helpful for my projects, so I’d like to understand if this is a temporary issue or a permanent change. Thanks!

Hello, I teach a college course in UX. I would like to teach students how to take advantage of AI in Figma. However, I don’t see the option available in an education account. When I log in with a business account, I do have AI options.

Is AI intentionally removed from student accounts?

    Hi @Craig Clark Algonquin IMM,

AI features and settings will not be enabled for users who are a part of an Education plan. More information about who can use Figma AI is available here.
