I've received an email with the message “Add more credits to your team" but the team has 3 persons only one of them has reached the 2500 credits.
how can I transfer credits from one person in the team to an other person in the team?
and in one of the topics it was 3000 credits but in our case it is 2500 credits. Can you also tell me what the correct number is.

While there isn’t a way to transfer seat credits from one seat to another, you can ask another person on your team to complete an AI action and use their own seat credits to complete a task. Regarding how many credits there are per seat, on your plan each seat will have 3000. You may see popups that let you know that you can purchase more credits as you get close to the limit for a seat.
