I’m using an Education plan and I can access the AI agent on another account, but it does not appear in my Education workspace. I want to confirm whether there is any request process, waitlist, or exception for getting AI agent access in Figma Design on an Education plan during beta

The difference between your two accounts comes down to plan type, not anything specific to your account. The Figma agent in Figma Design is currently in beta, rolling out to Full seats on Professional, Organization, and Enterprise plans. View, Dev, and Collab seats can try it in Draft files. Education plans aren't part of the beta yet, and that applies across all Education account types, not just K-12.
There's no separate request process, waitlist, or exception path for Education plans to get early access right now, and we don't have a timeline to share for when that might change.
