All of our organization’s guests’ seats were changed from Full to Viewer. We still don’t know why. However, when we clicked on the Request Full Access button, despite our admin approving each request, our seat access continues to show “Request sent” (as if approval had not yet been granted). Any thoughts on what’s going on?

In the meantime, you can also view your teams activity logs at anytime. This can be done by following: View and export activity logs
