Add tracking/analytics requirements to Figma design

Hello,

Has anyone found a clever way to add tracking requirements to a Figma design?
For example near a button you would add somethig like
{ event_name=“button_click”, button_name=“abc”}
so developers not only know how the page should look but how it should be measured as well.
