Accidently deleted files

I understand that you’re trying to restore files that were permanently deleted and that those files are very important to you.

Unfortunately, once a file has been permanently deleted from Trash, it can’t be restored.

I checked on our end and can see that you have access to several Free/Starter teams. To cover the basics, please make sure to double-check the Trash folder in each team you’re a member of, as each team has its own Trash.

If the file was trashed but not permanently deleted, it may still be recoverable from Trash.

You can switch between teams in the File Browser by clicking the arrow next to the team name in the left sidebar, then checking the Trash section there. When searching in Trash, we recommend selecting “Created by anyone” and “All files.”
