I have the same issue. I Mistakenly accepted a dev’s request for the dev mode seat and also quickly reversed it to free seat, but it’s been added to my invoice for the next billing cycle as “One-time charges and credits”. This makes no sense to me at all, can you guys make it such that payment is requested at upgrade so one knows ahead, or ask the user to confirm this action since it’s going to attract a prorated cost. Now I have to pay for something I won’t use, just feels fishy.
Please do something about it.
