Access my account

I am trying to access my account to see which plan I have, see billing info, and so forth. I have searched, asked AI, and cannot find how to get to my account. If I go into Settings, under Account, all it says is “Delete account”. No other options. There is no info about which account I have, or how to update billing info, view billing history, nothing. If I try to look around at figma.com, it launches be straight to my dashboard so that I can’t even view anything on figma.com.

 

How do I get to this information (and why is it so hard to find)?

Figma plans are not account-based, but team-based. So you need to check plans in all your team’s settings

Then how is it that I have an account and get billed? Why within Figma itself does it reference my “Account”? If you sign up for a subscription based service, that’s called an account. 

Also, my home sidebar doesn’t look like that. There is no little button to the right of my name. But there is an Admin button on mine below the Trash that I hadn’t noticed before. Even so, I can find no plan info in the entire Admin area. This does tell me I have 1 Full Seat, but not under which plan.

Since I can’t visit figma.com without it going to my dashboard, I had to use incognito to load figma.com, check the pricing page, and from that, and what I was billed, figure out which Plan I have.

So I’m all set. Though I would argue it is a fairly serious fault in the system given, if you have an account, you cannot access figma.com pages/resources without using incognito.
