Hello Figma Community!
We were about to switch our pro account to enterprise account. We were access the enterprise account and our payment date is 22 April 2024. We have no idea why the Figma sent us e-mail ‘‘Your account gonna be freeze in 5 days’’. We are so sad to find our Figma access is not avaible anymore. We currently hard to connect with support team of Figma. We are waiting for the explanations… Anyone experience kinda situation?
