Hi I am having a problem with my payment. I’m not sure why they are asking me to pay this month when I clearly indicated that I don’t want to pay this month when I checked out last time. I haven’t used Pygma this month and I haven’t used any of their paid features. I have sent several emails to Pygma but they haven’t responded. Please help me

Team owners and admins can cancel the Professional plan by opening the admin console next to the team name, then switching to the team’s Settings tab. Once you confirm, your plan will remain active through the period you’ve paid for, and will automatically downgrade to the free Starter plan on your next billing date.
