Hi everyone,

I’ve designed a tag box and wanted to share with our team members.

In my Figma screen, I could check that tag box’s height was 20px,

but when my team member checked it, it was 18px.

I even deleted font, turned off Figma and my laptop, but it didn’t work.

We kept trying to figure it out.

I think it’s because of “auto width and fixed size”.

Texting with “auto width” that problem happened again,

changing to “fixed size” height is the same with other members…

Have you guys ever had the same problem as me?

I’d greatly appreciate any suggestions or solutions the community might have to address this problem.

Thank you.

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to the community. This seems buggy, your team member should see the same tag box’s height.

Can you ask first to your team member to clear out the cache to see if that helps?

Mac

Use the Terminal app to clear the cache.

  1. Quit the Figma desktop app.

  2. Open the Terminal.app and enter the following command: rm -rf "$HOME/Library/Application Support/Figma/"{Desktop,DesktopProfile}

  3. Try opening the Figma desktop app again.

Windows

Run a command line from the Start menu.

  1. Close the Figma desktop app.

  2. Open the Start menu and paste the %APPDATA%\\Figma command. Press the Enter key to submit.

  3. In the window, delete the DesktopProfile folder.

  4. Launch the Figma desktop app again.

I’d also recommend you to reach out directly to the support team so they can investigate with your file: here

Be sure to use your Figma account email, include screenshot of what you see on your end and from your team member’s view, a link to the file, and share it with support-share@figma.com so they can take a closer look. Thank you

Hi celine thank you for your answer !
