It’s frustrating to remove hover interactions some components may have while removing interactions of a screen you want to clean up. It’d be really useful to decide whether you want to remove:

As a workaround, if you want to delete specific interactions from a frame, you can try holding the ⇧Shift while selecting multiple links and delete them at once.
And to select all interactions for a specific or selected frames, you can click to the frames, then right-click , select ‘Remove interactions’:
