Curious how others approach mobile carousels in native apps, especially in regulated industries like healthcare.
We're debating whether a carousel with promotional/discovery content should include visible Previous/Next arrows in addition to swipe and pagination, or whether swipe + "See all" is sufficient.
Part of the discussion is driven by accessibility requirements, and our Accessibility PM comes primarily from a web accessibility background, which adds an interesting perspective.
How would you approach this in a native mobile app? Would you include arrows, or rely on swipe + See all? Interested in both UX and accessibility viewpoints.
