Thank you for forwarding my question to the team. I received the gift card six days ago and tried using it, but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to access or purchase anything with it. The balance still shows $20, but it’s not working with merchants or mobile wallets like PayPal, Skrill, Google Play, and Microsoft Store. I also tried using it with Shopee, Eneba, G2A, and SEAGM, but they mentioned the card might be blocked.
I’m not sure how to resolve this, and I understand this might not be your primary concern. However, since I’m based in Indonesia, I’m unable to contact MyPrepaidCenter support as they only accept calls from specific regions. Would you be able to assist me with this, or perhaps connect me with someone who can help? I really need access to these funds, and I’d greatly appreciate any support you can provide.
