Hey โ€‹@mia990511, thanks for reaching out! I'm not able to support in Korean, so I'll continue in English here. Please let me know if anything is unclear, happy to clarify!

I looked into this, and here's what's happening: it isn't related to your phone's storage space. Figma runs on browser-based technology, so every file you open uses a limited amount of memory (RAM),ย capped at around 2GB per browser tab. That limit applies whether you're using Figma in a browser, the desktop app, or the Figma mobile app.

As a file grows,ย more text, layers, images, or effects.ย It needs more memory to load. Computers usually have more memory available, so a file that opens fine there might still be too large for a phone to handle, since phones generally have less available memory to begin with (this varies by device and OS version). So freeing up storage space on your phone won't make a difference here, we're just not able to support opening very large or complex files on mobile once they cross that memory threshold.

A couple of things that might help:

  1. Try opening the file on a computer (browser or desktop app) if you can,ย it'll likely load without issue there.
  2. Reduce the file's memory usage where possible, compressing high-resolution images, breaking complex vectors into smaller parts, or splitting the file into smaller files can all help.
  3. For more detailed steps, take a look at Reduce memory usage in files.

If you try these and it's still not opening on mobile, let me know and I'll dig in further!
