I understand that you’re having trouble locating one of your design files, and it’s not showing up in the Trash.

I also noticed that you’ve already submitted a support request about this (thanks!), and one of our support specialists is currently looking into it. They’ll reply to you directly via the ticket email(#1558993) once they’re ready, so please keep an eye on your inbox.

In the meantime, it looks like you have access to several teams. Please double-check the following locations for each team by switching between teams in your file browser to make sure we’ve covered all bases:

• Trash

• Drafts

Also, the more information you can provide about the missing file, the easier it will be for the support specialist to investigate its status.

You might be able to retrieve the file URL from:

• Your web browser history

• Any previous conversations where the file might have been shared with colleagues

• If you’re using the desktop app, go to File > Recently Closed Tabs, click the file name to reopen it, then right-click on the tab and select Copy link

If you can find the URL, please reply to your ticket email with that information — it will help our team investigate more effectively.
